Powder Coating Interior Resins

Hybrids combine excellent decorative appearance with an appealing cost. Suitable for thin film applications such as office furniture and vending machines.
 

Epoxies are used where optimum chemical and corrosion resistance is needed. It also has the best electrical insulating effect. Best suited for thicker film applications such as manufacturing equipment.
 

Powder Coating Exterior Resins
 

Urethanes provide very good corrosion resistance. They have a glossy appearance with good exterior durability. Suitable for thin film applications.
 

Polyesters are the most forgiving resin. They offer the best UV and weathering resistance. They also are a thicker film application best suited for outdoor furniture, lawn and garden equipment, and bike frames.
 

Product Selection Guidelines

Colors/Textures

Powder coating resins are available in thousands of colors. The most commonly used guide is the RAL chart. These colors can be matched repeatedly by all manufacturers. The posted RAL chart may vary based upon your computer monitor settings. Stop in to view the actual paint chip samples, or request samples via phone or email.
 

The variations are endless. You can choose a wrinkled finish that can help to hide metal imperfections. Metallic finishes are available in one coat or two coat glitter. There are high heat black finishes that are resistant to 600^o F. Mattes, flats, fluorescents, antibacterial, and graffiti-free are a few more choices.
